But part of what makes this High Tea so special is the story behind it. The Cupcake Co. is the dream of local baker Ali, who grew up on a Southern Highlands farm, collecting eggs from the chooks and baking alongside her mum and grandmother.
What began as a childhood love for entering cakes in local shows has blossomed into an award-winning business — crowned with a 1st place win at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in 2024.
Together with her husband Rob (and now their daughter Isabella, another prize-winning baker in her own right), Ali has created a space that feels like home.
