This October Long Weekend, Eschalot Restaurant is turning up the heat with a special Chef’s ‘Feed Me’ BBQ on Sunday, 5 October. Teaming up with the masters of Parrilla grilling, Pig & Pilgrim, the feast celebrates the launch of their brand-new craft beers—brews made by BBQ lovers, for BBQ lovers.
On the menu, Chef Matty will be cooking over three custom Pig & Pilgrim Parrilla grills, serving smoky, flame-kissed dishes all afternoon. The highlight? Succulent short ribs infused with the rich flavour of Pilgrim Dark Ale, cooked low and slow over the coals.
Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary Pig & Pilgrim beer on arrival—the perfect start to an afternoon of fire-cooked flavours and local hospitality.
